Project Overview
The Context
The Global Solution is a prestigious high-performance challenge hosted by FIAP, involving over 400 students across various disciplines. The competition task was to design disruptive solutions for the "Future at Work", exploring how emerging technologies—like AI, IoT, and Immersive Environments—could solve complex problems in modern labor markets, ranging from professional wellness to new forms of productive inclusion.
The Challenge
Within the theme of Reskilling & Lifelong Learning, my mission as a Product Designer was to build a bridge between human potential and a rapidly evolving market. The challenge was to go beyond a simple learning platform; I had to idealize and prototype a high-fidelity, fully responsive ecosystem that turned the daunting task of career transition into a memorable and frictionless experience.
This required:
Disruptive Vision: Moving past traditional LMS models to create a fluid, future-proof journey.
Technical Excellence: Crafting a seamless interface that made complex tech feel natural.
Engagement: Proving that professional evolution can be as engaging as it is essential.

Steps
Market Trends & User Research
I conducted a dual-track investigation: a deep dive into futurology and market trends to understand the demands of the "Future of Work," combined with user interviews to map real learning barriers. This complex research allowed me to identify the gap between what the industry requires—constant reskilling—and the cognitive overload or lack of motivation that candidates face in their daily routines.
Strategic Concept
Using the insights from both market and user data, I defined a strategy to lower the friction of career transitions. The goal was to move beyond a simple course list, creating a concept where technology acts as a curator, delivering personalized and "bite-sized" learning paths that align the user’s professional evolution with real-time market opportunities.

Wireframing & Validation
I developed the structural skeleton with a responsive-first approach. Using low-fidelity wireframes, I validated the navigation and information architecture to ensure that complex data such as skill-gap analysis and progress tracking was presented in an intuitive and digestible way to prevent user burnout during the experience.
High-Fidelity Experience
The final step was bringing the vision to life with a "premium" aesthetic and cutting-edge features. I crafted a high-fidelity prototype that integrated:

Gamified Growth: A reward system designed to maintain long-term engagement and motivation.
VR Networking: An immersive virtual reality environment created to break the isolation of remote learning, fostering real-time interaction and professional networking.

Immersive VR & Social Hub: A virtual environment for networking and collaborative learning, featuring community groups, live chats, and calls to break the isolation of traditional remote education.
100% Digital Learning Model: A dynamic ecosystem focused on real-time connection, offering live-streamed classes, interactive sessions with tutors, and exclusive online partnership events, complemented by a library of on-demand content.
Gamified Skill Progression: A sophisticated engagement system using rewards and visual milestones to turn the challenge of reskilling into a motivating professional journey.
Cross-Platform Accessibility: A high-fidelity, fully responsive experience that allows users to transition seamlessly between devices, fitting education into any professional routine.
Results
The final proposal, named MentorVerse, stood out for its innovative approach to professional development and human-centric technology. In a high-stakes environment with over 200 highly competitive and well-executed projects, the results were exceptional:
Overall Winner: MentorVerse was crowned the 1st Place Champion of the Global Solution competition, recognized for its disruptive vision and technical excellence.
Strategic Validation: The project was lauded by the judges for successfully integrating AI and VR to solve real isolation and engagement barriers in remote learning.

Final Thoughts
Participating in the Global Solution was a transformative experience that pushed my boundaries as a Product Designer. Engaging in such a renowned competition within FIAP—Brazil’s leading technology university—required more than just technical skill; it demanded a visionary mindset and the courage to propose something truly disruptive for the future of work.
Developing MentorVerse was a journey of intense research, strategic thinking, and creative obsession. Seeing a concept that started with complex market trends evolve into a high-fidelity, award-winning ecosystem was incredibly rewarding.
Having my work recognized as the best among 200 high-level projects was a defining moment for me. It was the ultimate confirmation that I made the right decision in following my passion for Digital Product Design. This victory reinforces my commitment to crafting experiences that are not only aesthetically superior but also solve the most pressing challenges of our digital era.
